Bakshan is Currently a senior anchorperson at Awaz Television Network, this media veteran brings over 40 years of experience in journalism, broadcasting, and cultural programming. He has served in key roles, including Deputy Director of Agriculture (Media Cell) for 30 years and Director of Media at the Provincial Assembly of Sindh for a decade.

A pioneer in Sindhi media, he helped establish Sindh TV and KTN, serving as Executive Director for numerous programs on literature, music, and history. He also co-founded the Sindh Literature Festival in 2016 and has hosted the literary show "Andar Jo Awaz" on Awaz TV for seven years.
